This device has a smooth top surface to easily glide up and down while stretching and targeting various pressure points in the back. If the back of the head cannot reach the
floor, place a pillow underneath for support or use both hands. If pain is experienced, stop and allow the body to rest.
How to Use for Best Results:
Place the device on the floor, slowly lowering your back or hips to stretch using your own body weight. Remember to breathe normally and relax the muscles to allow gravity to stretch the spine for 1-2 minutes. To maximize stretching, raise both arms above the head and allow the shoulders to touch the floor. Listen to your body and allow your muscles to stretch, and gradually increase your stretching time. When rocking the knees side to side, keep both knees locked together for best results. When getting up, roll to the side or lift the hips to remove the device from underneath. Do not fall asleep on the device or use for a long period of time.
