The Spine Bench has been specifically designed to help stretch and rejuvenate the tired back in addition to increase flexibility. It takes only 1-2 minutes to sit and stretch the spine to target various pressure points using one’s own body
weight. The Spine Bench can be used at home or at the office to help ease back pain due to poor posture or due to sitting for long periods of time. This device may help increase workers’ productivity and may ease back pain due to misalignment and tight muscles. This new Spine Bench has a headrest and a seat rest with a gentle curve for anyone to use independently without the trainer. How to Use: Place the buttocks on the seat and slowly lower the back for 1-2 minutes while breathing, and relaxing the muscles. Slide the buttock to target and stretch the upper or lower back. Stretch the arms above the head, open up the chest, do crunches or sit-ups to tighten up the abs. Once or twice a day, spine stretching will help rejuvenate the tired muscles and help improve the posture and ease neck or back pain due to poor posture problems.
