200L - Single Wooden Back Stretcher

Wooden Back Stretcher handcrafted and proudly made in USA.  Stretches and corrects the misaligned spine using one's own body weight.  Simply place the board on a hard flat surface and lie down face up.  Try to relax and breathe and let the body stretch and relieve all the muscle tensions.  At first, it will be difficult to stretch the back using your own weight.  But once you place the board on lower back, and upper back for 1-2 minutes, gradually you will reset the spine and restore flexibility.  Please try to get up on the side slowly and wrap up the stretch with the child pose stretch.

Once your spine is properly aligned, it will help with blood circulation, increase muscle strength, and ease pain.  Back stretching can be done easily at home, any time your back needs to be reset.  It is best to use the device in the morning before breakfast or after a long day of work.
